I made this for my family and everyone loved it! Best part, it’s quick and easy.
Chicken Rice Casserole
2 cups cooked rice (I used minute rice)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
bag of frozen broccoli crowns
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
Cook the rice per directions. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Mix all ingredients except the crackers in a bowl and pour into sprayed 13 x 9 pan. Break up crackers and top casserole with them. Bake for 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
