I found the sweetest little ferns at the grocery store. When I saw they were $2.99 on my way out I got back in line to buy one. Once I got it home I wished I’d bought more. It’s super quick and easy to take an ordinary store bought plant and make it pretty. I love the vibrant green and the delicate leaves of this plant.
Take the store wrapper off the pot and water your plant. Find a pretty container. I used a white milk glass one I had at home. Place the plant in the new container. I didn’t replant mine I just put it inside the milk glass.
Use some moss and tuck it in all around the plant to cover the edges of the inside pot. This adds another texture and makes it look more finished.
I’ll share where I used my new fern and how I styled my newly painted China cabinet next week. Don’t forget the link party Saturday night at 8pm! Still time to enter the $10 Target card giveaway, Check out the Nestle Toll House board and get the details on the post.
