Welcome to Farmhouse Friends! (I mistakenly published this too early, everyone’s post will be live tonight at 7pm!) Sorry!!
I’ve got an easy DIY for you today.
It’s a pretty Summer Door Basket.
I bought this basket on Nantucket a few years ago for my mom.
She gave it back to me to use, thanks, mom!
I purchased three white geranium bunches, two white pom flowers bunches, one spool of burlap ribbon and one package of floral foam from the Dollar Tree.
First, I cut the blooms off the larger bunches. I used a wire cutter but if you don’t have one you can bend the stems back and forth and they will break off.
I added them to the basket until I was happy with the arrangement.
I added in the white pom flowers.
I wrapped the basket with twine a few times and then added a burlap bow to the twine. I didn’t want to glue the bow right to the basket.
I’m so happy with the way it turned out, it looks summery and happy!
