I love sauce, I’m an Italian girl at heart. I grew up making pizzelle in the basement kitchen at my grandmother’s. I’m also a busy mom of three and sometimes there just isn’t time for homemade so I turn to Ragu. I can have a dinner of homemade meatballs and pasta on the table in 30 minutes flat! Ragu traditional sauce is my favorite. It’s simple and delicious! I love the story behind the brand, curious? You can read it here.
I make these delicious homemade meatballs in one bowl, here’s how. I put the water on first thing. If you cover the pot it boils much faster! Turn oven to 350 and you’re ready, recipe below!
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup parm or romano
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- fresh ground pepper
- heaping tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 bread crumbs
- Mix all ingredients in one bowl
- Make for 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until cooked through.
- Makes 12-13 meatballs.
- Serve with pasta & sauce!
