Life can get busy but I always remember to take my vitamins. Along with my vitamins, I love a good healthy breakfast.
Here are a few of my all-time favorites.
Oatmeal. I add fruit and nuts to my oatmeal and used almond milk. It satisfying and delicious.
Yogurt and granola parfaits. Yogurt is such a great way to start the day by adding fruit and granola it really fills you up. My favorite is organic vanilla yogurt.
Smoothie. We love our smoothies. I have a few varieties but banana and strawberry is a family favorite.
