Goat Cheese & Honey Crostini

Ingredients

• Goat cheese 4 oz or larger
• Good honey
• Baguette
• Olive Oil

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Slice baguette & brush with olive oil.
3. Put goat cheese in a ramekin and put in oven until warmed through.
4. Bake crostini until golden brown. If you like it crunchy pop it under the broiler for a minute.
5. Serve warm.
