This might be the easiest thing ever to make!
We love salsa and we eat a bag of tortilla chips every other day, no kidding!
I’m sharing this super simple 5 Minute Fresh salsa recipe.
My friend Susan makes a wonderful salsa and I got the idea from her.
This is my version since I had fresh tomatoes on hand.
I used three large tomatoes and cut out the core and into large chunks.
I used 1/3 a large onion (could have used less!)
I used one cube of the Dorot crushed garlic (no chopping!) You can find at Trader Joe’s, there’s a coupon!
Half a big bunch of cilantro.
Salt and pepper.
Put everything into the food processor until all blended together.
Serve!!
See SO easy and you know exactly what is in it! I prefer a less chunky salsa so if you like yours that way too this is perfect.
You can find the Dorot in the frozen food section of Trader Joe’s, don’t forget to grab your coupon!
I always like another salsa recipe. They are so different! I can’t just pop over to a Mexican restaurant or grocery store to pick up some fresh; I have to make it myself here in France.
I know they are so different! Thanks for visiting!!
Interesting tips … I usually buy it, but your recipe only takes 5 minutes and the ingredients are easy to get, will try it
