I’m so happy you stopped today.
I love being near the water.
It’s such a treat when we get to be near the ocean or the lake.
I dream of a tiny cottage on the water somewhere, someday…. a girl can dream, right?
So back to my project!
I found these really pretty starfish at Michael’s and I thought they would be sweet on a simple wreath.
I didn’t realize there were five in the packet, two larger ones and three smaller one which is perfect for our family of five!
I used a simple grapevine wreath.
One bag of the white starfish.
A small gold D.
Blue and white striped ribbon.
I made my bow and glued it on the right side and turned it sideways weaving the ends in.
I tied the D on with some twine.
I added the five starfish with hot glue on the left side and hung it with more twine.
It’s summery, simple and reminds me of the beach.
Total cost for the wreath about $15.
I hope you have a wonderful week and stop again soon!

And that’s a wonderful dream…I have the same one…so peaceful by the water, that’s for sure! Beautiful wreath…it has summertime all over it! ; )
