I love this Easy Chicken Dumpling 10-minute soup!!
This is perfect for a busy weeknight.
Simple and so satisfying!
I used frozen organic chicken dumplings. I counted out 6 for each bowl.
Four cups of chicken broth, plus one cup of water.
Sliced green onions
Chopped cilantro
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
Bring the stock and water to a boil. Add dumplings and cook per package directions.
Add a 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1 TBS soy sauce. Add 1/4 tsp. kosher salt.
Add dumplings to bowls ladle broth over top and add chopped scallions and cilantro!
