I love a good appetizer! I had this at a volleyball party and asked the mom who brought it to share it with me. She was kind enough to give me the recipe, thank you Patti! I was leery of the canned chicken but it was really good. You could certainly use shredded chicken if you prefer.
I halved this for our family of five.
Easy Chicken Wing Dip
2 large cans of shredded chicken
2 blocks cream cheese
1 cup Frank’s hot sauce
3/4 cup Hidden Valley ranch dressing
Drain Chicken, mix chicken and hot sauce, microwave for two minutes. Add cream cheese and ranch, mix until creamy. (Top with shredded cheddar if desired). Bake at 350 until heated through.
I skipped the cheddar and it was great! I served with tortilla chips, celery and carrots. Half was perfect to make for football watching but if you’re bringing to a party I think I’d make the whole recipe!
