I found the recipe for this chocolate bundt cake here. It was moist and delicious!
Chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 cup chocolate chips
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
Mix all ingredients and pour into bundt pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. I let mine cool about 10 minutes before I turned it out on the cake stand. I put the cake stand right on top of the bunt pan and then flip both together. I dusted with powdered sugar before I added the chocolate ganache.
Quick, easy ganache.
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/4 cup chips (I used dark and semi-sweet)
1 TBSP butter
Put all three in a bowl over simmering water and melt stirring constantly. Cool slightly and drizzle over the cooled cake.
