I saw this recipe on the chef in training site and thought my family would like it. Since we have a family of five I used three pie crusts , more chicken & broccoli which made six pockets. I left out the corn. Next time I would omit the butter completely, the pie crusts are rich enough and I don’t think you really need it. I added shredded cheddar as I love broccoli and cheddar together!
This was really quick and easy to put together especially if you use a rotisserie chicken.
