Smoothie, Breakfast Staple

We make smoothies all the time. It’s a great way to get the kids some fruit in the morning. I use whatever I have on hand. Cinnamon Breakfast Pizza

I saw this recipe on Jenny Steffens blog and thought the kids would enjoy it (me too). I almost always have pizza dough in the freezer so I thawed it in the fridge last night and made them for breakfast today. One dough ball made 6 little pizzas. I melted the butter and brushed it on so I got every little piece of the dough.

Breakfast Bites.

I like breakfast, it’s one of my favorite meals of the day. We have family staying with us this weekend so I thought I’d made some individual breakfast bites inspired by Pinterest. I started with a cupcake pan sprayed with non-stick spray. I lined each cup with shredded hash browns (they come in a bag in the refrigerated section) that I added salt & pepper
