I went to a school fundraiser recently and it was the kind where you could bring your own food. I had watched Trisha’s Southern Kitchen and she made this yummy looking dip. I thought I’d give it a try and bring it to the event to share with our table. It was SO good and SO easy! My favorite kind of recipe!
- Can of artichoke hearts
- Small jar pimentos
- 16 oz of cream cheese (I have halved the recipe as well!)
- 5 oz of feta cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo
- Mix all ingredients.
- Bake at 350 in oven safe dish until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with chips or crackers.
