A Cookie Recipe For Your Holiday Baking

I love baking with my kids and sharing it with friends and family. Every Christmas I look forward to making cutouts with the kids. By the end, the kitchen is a mess we’ve eaten way more cookies than we should have. This time of year I’m so grateful for all we have. I realize there are so many who are less fortunate. I was so excited to find out that for a small donation at pourmilklove.com The Great American Milk Drive will donate a gallon of milk to people in need in our own community! Since milk isn’t an item typically donated to food pantries many families go without. I can’t think of a better way to help someone else this holiday season.

I have two fun ideas to share with you! I made a cookie from Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Holiday cake mix and frosting. They are so easy to make and the kids love them!

For the cookies: You’ll need Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Holiday Cake Mix, 1/3 cup of canola oil, 3 eggs and 1/2 tsp of vanilla, 1 tsp baking powder.

Whisk the Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Cake Mix with the baking powder in one bowl. In a separate bowl whisk the eggs, oil, and vanilla. Add this to the dry mixture and combine. Take the sprinkles from the Pillsbury™ Funfetti® Frosting and combine with the dough. Spoon by teaspoons onto a parchment or Silpat lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. I Frosted with Funfetti® Holiday Frosting and chopped up M&M’s® Holiday Milk Chocolate and added them to the top!

I wanted to make a shake to enjoy with my yummy cookies. I used Vanilla Ice Cream and Great Value Milk from Walmart. The shakes are topped with whipped topping and M&M’s® White Peppermint!!

My kiddos were loving me!
