I’m so blessed to be part of this amazing group of bloggers. If you’re stopping from My Soulful Home I’m so happy you’re here! I’ll update the tour each day so you can view the entire week at the end of my post later in the week.
I’ve been in a decluttering mode most of the Summer and it has carried into my Fall decor. I kept things very simple as I’m trying to do with less these days. I wanted to share this view of our home because after living here for nearly 18 years we finally replaced the old windows in the sunroom. The old storms were falling off, one had a broken window all the windows were painted shut. What a treat to be able to open them and let the crisp Fall air in!
The local farmer’s market had some wildflowers I loved so they went on the island in the kitchen with some white pumpkins on a vintage tray.
Our kitchen and family room are open to one another. The gladiolas are from Trader Joe’s I loved the pop of color on the neutral mantle.
Above the stove got springs of basil I found at the market. They smell so good!
This table has gotten a lot of use. I still love the mix and match seating. Keeps it fun. My dough bowl is from Target and I filled it with pumpkins on a pretty runner.
The mantle is simple too. I pulled out my burlap banner to add a bit of texture.
