Hi! I’m so excited to share another installment of my outdoor tables! Fall is such a beautiful time of year here in Western New York. The days are cooler, the leaves change, a new school year starts. It’s my favorite season!
I love taking tables outside and setting them for the seasons. I used organic elements for my table like cat tails, boxwood, apples and jute. The boxwood is from the yard and I love color the red apples add to a mostly neutral table. I have a thing for old sheet music so they serve as the placemats at each setting. The chairs belonged to my grandparents. I gave them a coat of paint and reupholstered the seats with painters drop cloth. The table was an estate sale find and it get moved around the house or outside when necessary. I like to mix and match the seating iso everything doesn’t match and I added some texture with a blanket. The quote cards I hand-stamped and added some gold ribbon for a bit of sparkle. The barn adds a nice backdrop to the table, it’s my neighbors, but it shows up in many of my photos!
I hope you will try to set your own outdoor table, what’s your favorite season?
