Hello, my friends!
Do you all get stuck in a dinner rut? I know I do!
I find when I plan on Sunday as part of my Sunday prep what I’ll be making for the week it’s much easier.
I know in my house the kids are always hungry! I got the idea of Sunday prep from Edie and have been doing it on and off for awhile.
When you create your list and shop you know you’ll have at least those dinners ready to make that week.
I think it makes for a less stressful week instead of last-minute runs to the grocery store or having to eat out.
Here are some easy Summer dinner ideas.
Turkey sausage with peppers & onions on hoagie rolls.
Chicken tacos with all the fixings.
Buffalo chicken mini subs with cheese, arugula, and tomatoes.
Marinated grilled honey lime chicken.
Big salad with lots of veggies so it’s like a meal.
Veggie or beef burgers on the grill.
Pulled pork nachos. Do up some pork in the crock pot and shred over nachos with lots of fun toppings. Baked on a cookie sheet and let everyone dig in!
Each night gets its own side like potato salad, pasta salad, organic fries, corn on the cob, Caprese salad or rice.
What’s your favorite summer meal?
