What’s better than a warm bowl of soup and crusty bread on a cold day? Today I posted a photo on Instagram, my dash said it was -12 degrees! Seems like a good day for soup! I have to tell you, I bought a new box of Beef stock to use and when I went to open it it was already open, ugh! So that is why the recipe below uses the bouillon I had to think on my feet. Thus the need to add the can of French Onion soup. With all that said, it was really good! I found this recipe in the Betty Crocker cookbook that I’ve had for years! I made a few changes so my recipe is below.
