There is nothing better than a night in with my family and a good movie. We had our own little movie night with the kids this past weekend. As the kids get older it’s harder and harder to find a night where everyone is home and has nothing going on. The nights that we are all together I love, they mean the world to me. I truly cherish our family time, even if it’s just hanging out watching a movie. I know how quickly the years pass and these are really some of the best years with our kids.

I decided I would make Coca-Cola floats for the kids to enjoy while we watched the movie! I got out the cute parfait glasses from my mom, we used them when we were kids. A little nostalgic for me. We use them every once in awhile for a special touch.
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Whipped cream
- Scoop vanilla ice cream into parfait glasses or mugs
- Pour Coca-Cola over the top and fill about halfway
- Add whip cream!
- Using some fun glasses and adding striped straws add that nostalgic touch!
I setup a try full of our goodies! MARS Milk Chocolate and Peanut M&M’S® Chocolate Candies, Orville Redenbacher 6 pack Movie Theater Popcorn (who can resist?) and Coca-Cola Classic floats! We really enjoyed the movie. It was a great family movie, fun, fast paced and a little creepy but fun! It was really perfect for all ages! The tray works well this way you can setup everything all in one place. We use our ottoman as command central for our snacks.
What’s your favorite thing to do on family night? Games, movies?
