Make your own Anthropologie Inspired DIY Scarf. It’s one of my favorite stores for inspiration. Have you seen their scarves? I love how they combine different textures and fabrics. I picked a navy lace and a white/navy jersey stripe. I liked the combination of the dressy and casual. I found the fabrics at Hobby Lobby (I got a gift card for my birthday!). I made the scarf for $7.00. This is a great little project, super quick and easy!
You’ll need 2 different fabrics 1/2 yard of each. Line both up right side facing each other. Sew down both long ends, turn right side out. Make a circle by connecting both short ends. I folded each fabric in and then pinned them together. Sew the seam closed. Be sure you aren’t catching other parts of the scarf while sewing this. Cut any thread and you’re done!
I have another super cute sewing project to share next week.
